VIDEOS: Courses are recorded for informational purposes, which each attendee opts into upon entering the Zoom course.
PHOTOS: A group photo is taken during each course for marketing purposes and sharing with our attendees after the course concludes. We do not include details about users when we share images of course groups.
CONTACT INFORMATION: Networking with other workshop participants, within the virtual format of these programs is of particular interest and importance to our registrants. Prior to the course, 50/50 Women on Boards shares a list of attendees first names, last names, companies, and titles with all registrants. You can connect during the class via the Zoom chat function pending the other registrant’s preferences to share their own personal information. To further connections beyond the workshop, we encourage you to subscribe to the Networking Hub, where you can connect with other alumni, faculty, and corporate directors.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will only be issued to attendees who contact 50/50 Women on Boards in writing at email@example.com within 24 hours of registering. After such time, no refunds will be provided. If 50/50 Women on Boards is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the Virtual Event you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such Virtual Event cannot be Virtually conducted because of an issue with the hosting platform or due to acts of God, strikes, government requisitions, restrictions or war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) 50/50 Women on Boards shall have the right to immediately terminate and reschedule the affected Virtual Event without liability and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled Conference. No refunds will apply.
TRANSFERS/SUBSTITUTIONS: Registrations may be transferred to a substitute attendee, or registrants may shift their date to another date within 48 hours of the event by contacting 50/50 Women on Boards in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org. If transferring a ticket, please include the original registrant and substitute registrant on the correspondence. The original registrant’s information will be changed to the substitute’s information, but no billing information will be changed or updated. No funds will be transferred by 50/50 Women on Boards to the original registrant or substitute attendee.
GUEST CODES: If you are provided with a workshop Guest Code, discount code or complimentary code (known as “code” or “codes”) to one of our workshops, the code must be used in the calendar year it was issued. For example, if you are gifted a code June 1, 2023, the code must be used by December 31, 2023. If you need to reschedule or transfer your code or registration, please adhere to Refund Policy and Transfers/Substitutions rules herein.
