The 50/50 Women on Boards Mentorship Program in Mexico prepares women to pursue corporate board seats through a globally recognized approach, equipping you with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to get a new board position.

Duration: 8 months
What’s Included:
Targeted Training
Kick off with our Get On Board course (5 hours), plus 2 additional hours of training to get the most out of your mentoring sessions (remote).
Personalized Mentorship
5 in-person, one-on-one sessions with a mentor who is an experienced board director to guide and support your journey.
Strategic Networking
4 Strategic networking events to connect with industry leaders—including CXOs, board members, and Headhunters.
Tailored Support
Tools to create a personalized action plan, sharpen key leadership skills, and refine your strategy to get a board seat.
Who Should Apply?
Women with executive experience (C-levels or P&L Owners in any industry) who are ready to serve on boards.
